Valerie is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. In addition to her clinical training, she has provided massage therapy to participants at a number of sporting events and also to long term care facility residents. Valerie has had experience working with a variety of serious health conditions including late stage Multiple Sclerosis, quadriplegia, and brain injuries.
Valerie became interested in massage therapy as a result of her personal journey in fitness, nutrition, and preventative care. She believes that one must take an active role in their own wellness. As a mom with 3 children, she knows it's important to look after yourself in order to be able to care for others.
So whether you suffer from stress, an injury, or plain old tight muscles, Val is here to help.
